The SCT headquarters in JX Container Building was completed on the12th of August, 1998. It is a modernized multi-function building with business, conference, catering and recreation facilities. The Building is located in the Zhanghuabang wharf, next to Wusong Customs Center, a modernized Customs Inspection Centre also established in the wharf. SCT's JX Container Building consists of a main building, an annex building and auxiliary building. It offers a convenient, safe and comfortable office environment, comprising a total area of 28000 m2, including a green area of 2600 m2, 108 indoor and outdoor parking spaces for the motor vehicles and 100 parking spaces for bicycles. Rental office spaces are available in 3 sizes; large (300 m2 & 400 m2), medium (40-50 m2), and small
(20-30 m2).

SCT has commissioned DTZ Debenham Tie Leung Ltd. to be in charge of the management of the JX Container Building, and Shanghai Dussmann Property Management Company Limited as the professional cleaning company.
